Current COVID-19 Guidelines

In accordance with CDC guidelines and in consultation with the Wake County Emergency Response Team -- masks are required inside the Wake County Justice Center, regardless of vaccination status. Everyone at your ceremony must wear a properly fitted mask that covers their mouth and nose.

There can be a maximum of 10 people at your ceremony -- including the wedding couple, witnesses and children.

COVID screenings will occur upon entry into the Wake County Justice Center. You should not come to the Justice Center if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms within the last 72 hours; or if you have had a risk of exposure to COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
